I offer a gentle space for you to reconnect with what truly matters to you.

My work as a coach and writer is often centered around fear and the safety to create the life that you long for.

My sessions and online resources are about feeling.

About finding the courage to stay true to ourselves and to gently unravel self-protection mechanisms like perfectionism, people pleasing, procrastination and self-sabotage.

To create space for joy, creativity, gentleness, connection and belonging.

I offer two paths that often overlap:
Somatic coaching: to help you reconnect with your emotional patterns through body-based awareness.
Holistic career coaching: to align your work and direction with your deeper values and sense of purpose.

Both approaches share the same intention: to help you live and work in a way that feels authentic, grounded, and true to who you are.

Some experiences that have inspired others to start a coaching journey with me:

  • You sometimes struggle to notice or trust your body’s signals, and long to reconnect with its natural wisdom.

  • Strong emotions like anger, fear, disappointment, or sadness may feel overwhelming, and you long for a safe, healing space to process them.

  • You feel a sense of restlessness or disconnection in your work, and wish to move toward a career that truly reflects who you are.
  • Patterns like perfectionism, procrastination, or self-sabotage quietly hold you back, and you’re ready to create the space to move forward in a way that feels grounded and aligned.

  • You wish to live and work with authenticity, honoring your values, needs, and natural strengths rather than what others expect.

Feeling guilty about rest. Nervous system discomfort rest.
